There is a special formula used in order to determine what the right weight for a person is. Body Mass Index is what can be used to calculate whether you have right weight or you need to lose some extra kilograms.

If BMI is between 19.1 (for women) and 20.7 (for men) and 25 – you have a normal weight. In case your BMI is somewhere between 25 and 29.9 – you are overweight. Finally, if you have your BMI equal to 30 or more, then you have obesity problems.

The right weight is not just about beauty, but it first of all is about your health. It is not a secret, that overweight and especially obese people have lots of problems with health. In order to prevent any negative consequences that you may face due to extra kilograms, it is strongly recommended to think about losing some extra kilograms.
