Drink a lot of water. The first thing you should do after waking up is to drink a lot of water. This is mainly due to fluid retention that you increase your weight. Thanks to water your organism will get rid of extra liquid. You should also pay attention to how much salt you are consuming. The important thing you should know is that salt may provoke salt retention and in the result your weight will become greater.

Do not drink alcohol, as it may cause fat accumulating in your body and you will gain more fat than you may do without it.
