Approximately per one hour a person is able to burn calories at a range of 200-400. However, it not necessary means that these calories will be taken from your fat deposits. For instance, if you do an intense short duration exercise, such as riding and jogging for 15-20 minutes, you can achieve to burn about 200-300 calories, but these calories are received from the combustion of carbohydrate and not from fat. What can burn fat is a moderate intensity exercise doing for a long period of time.

Regularity is very important in weight loos. It is recommended to do intensive exercises at least 3 times a week. By doing exercises you not only lose your weight but also improve your cardio-vascular system, control blood sugar, regulate blood pressure, and raise HDL cholesterol, which is a good one.

That is why do not miss a chance to move, walk fast, jump, run, and dance! Aerobic fitness programs are very helpful in fat burning. Moreover, being involved in group trainings is also fun.

Eat correctly

Not all the food is useful for your body. There are many tasty products that do not work well for our bodies. It does not mean that you should be very strict about what and when to eat. This really means that you should eat balanced food. The food pyramid is a great helper in what products and how much you should consume. The sweets are not the desirable product for your body, but you can treat yourself time to time. However, there are many tasty and at the same time useful products. Make vegetables and fruits to be on your table entire time.
